Yes. Customs regulations prohibit the import or export of goods into or from the Republic without proof of registration.

Detailed instructions as to movement

What are Incoterms and how do they apply to me?

Incoterms are terms of sale and are grouped into 11 categories which are internationally recognized and serve to clearly outline the responsibilities of sellers and buyers. Incoterms are used to describe who pays for what at each point of the movement, i.e., Ex Works (EXW) is used when the buyer is responsible for all costs involved in transported goods to destination aside from packaging costs.
